Description Abstract             This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of social support, self-esteem and self-efficacy with burnout on students.The population in this study amounted to 489 college students majoring in management at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University Of Islam Malang class of 2016. The research sample was 83 students. Determination of sample members using simple random sampling technique. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis techniques. From this study it is known that social support variables negatively affect student burnout. The self-esteem variable shows a positive influence on student burnout. Whereas the self-efficacy variable showed a negative influence on student burnout. From the research results it is also known that the independent variables in this study are social support, self-esteem and self-efficacy simultaneously have a significant effect on student burnout. Keywords : Burnout, Social Support, Self-Esteem, Self-Efficacy.
