Description ABSTRACTThis study aimed to find out the influence of Price to Book Value (PBV), PriceEarning Ratio (PER), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Return on Asset (ROA) towardstock return. All companies that have been registered as the member of Indonesia StockExchange year period 2011-2015 were taken as the population of this present study. 37companies then were chosen as the sample of the study using purposive samplingtechnique. The data collected from this study was analyzed using multiple linierregression.The finding of this study revealed that PBV had no significant influence towardstock return which is seen from the t-value 0.672 and the sig value 0.503. On the otherhand, PER was found positively and significantly influenced the stock return in which tvalue obtained 7.034 and the sig value 0.000. DER also reported the same negativelysignificant influence toward stock return, which showed the t value -2.324 and the sigvalue 0.034. Meanwhile, ROA also indicated positive and significant influence towardstock return which is seen from the t-value 9.342 and the sig value 0.000. It reportedthat PBV, PER, DER, and ROA variables simultaneously influenced stock return whichis seen from the F-value 24.797 and the sig value 0.000. The finding also showed thatthe result of Adjusted R2 was 42.6% which means that PBV, PER, DER, and ROAcontributed toward stock return for 42.6%.Key words: Price to Book Value (PBV), Price Earning Ratio (PER), Debt toEquity Ratio (DER) and Return on Asset (ROA) toward stock return.
