Description ABSTRACT This study aims to determine and analyze the partial influence on stock prices. Variables of this research are used: Firm Size, Debt Policy, Dividend Policy, Net Profit Margin (NPM),Return On Equity (ROE). This study also examines the five most dominant variables or the most influential on stock prices. The data collected in this study were obtained from the financial statements of LQ45 companies during the period 2012-2015 and obtained from LQ45 corporate data that distributed dividends during the period. Based on these criteria can be obtained 19 companies and it can be concluded that the results of this study Firm Size, Debt Policy, Dividend Policy, Return On Equity (ROE) partially affect the Stock Price, except Net Profit Margin (NPM) no partial effect on Share Price, while Dividend Policy Influences Dominant on Stock Price.Keywords: Firm Size, Debt Policy, Dividend Policy, Net Profit Margin, Return On Equity,Stock Price
