Description AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine  the effect of Leverage, Good Corporate Governance, Corporate Social Responsibility on the company financia performance of LQ-45. Sampling of this study from 75 companies LQ-45 using purposive sampling method. The data is obtained from quarterly financial reports taken from the official website www.idx.go.id. The number of samples obtained from 75 companies LQ-45 is as many as 48 samples. The analysis technique in this study is using multiple linear regression analysis with a significance level of 5%. The results in this study indicate that (1) leverage has a negative and significant influence (2) Good Corporate Governance has a positive and not significant influence (3) Corporate social responsibility has a negative and significant influence. Keywords: Leverage; Good Corporate Governance; Corporate Social Responsibility; company financial performance
