Description AbstractThis research is aimed to know the influence of Price Earning Ratio(PER), Earning Per Share (EPS), Return On Asset (ROA), and Debt To EquityRatio (DER) on stock prices. The population in this research are all food andbeverages companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2011-2015 period. Thesampling in this research is using purposive sampling technique with 12companies. Techniques of analysis in this research using multliple linearregression to obtain a comprehensive picture of the relationship between thedependent and independent variables.The results showed that Price Earning Ratio (PER) positive andsignificant impact on the stock priceof food and beverages company listed on theStock Exchange 2011-2015 with regression coefficient 0.792 and significancevalue 0.000. Earning Per Share (EPS) negative effect and not significant on stockprices with regression coefficient -0.048 and significant value of 0.131. Return onAssets (ROA) and significant positive effect on stock prices with regressioncoefficient 2.324 and significance value 0.000. And Debt To Equity Ratio (DER)positive effect on stock prices with regression coefficient 0.935 and significancevalue 0.007. The result showed Adjusted R2 of 78,9% that the contribution of PER,EPS, ROA, and DER to stock price is 78,9%.Keywords: Price Earning Ratio (PER), Earning Per Share (EPS), Return OnAsset (ROA), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) and Stock Price.
