Description AbstractThis research was conducted to determine the effect of spiritual leadership, organizational culture and work ethic on employee performance at Bluebells Express Hotel Syariah in Malang City. This research uses explanatory research and a quantitative approach. Arikunto's theory is used to take samples, that is, if the population is less than 100, the entire population is taken as respondents. so that the total sample is 90 respondents. To solve the problem in this study, using the validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear regression test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, classical assumption test. The research used multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 25. 0 The results of this study were that Spiritual Leadership, Organizational Culture and Work Ethics simultaneously (simultaneously) had an effect on employee performance at Bluebells Express Syariah Hotel in Malang City. Partially, the Spiritual Leadership variable influences employee performance at Bluebells Express Syariah Hotel in Malang City, Organizational Culture influences employee performance at Bluebells Express Syariah Hotel in Malang City, Work Ethic affects employee performance at Bluebells Express Syariah Hotel in Malang City. Keywords: Spiritual Leadership, Organizational Culture, Work Ethic.
