Description ABSTRACTThis study aims to investigate: 1) The Influence of Organizational Culture to Employees’ Performance at Land Agency of Kabupaten Malang, 2) The Effect of Work Discipline to Employees’ Performance at Land Agency of Kabupaten Malang, 3) The Impact of Work Enthusiasm to Employees’ Performance at Land Agency of Kabupaten Malang, 4) The Impact of Work Environment to Employees’ Performance at Land Agency of Kabupaten Malang, 5) The Influence of Organizational Culture, Work Discipline, Work Enthusiasm, and Work Environment to Employees’ Performance at Land Agency of Kabupaten Malang.This research used a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The researcher chooses the Land Agency of Kabupaten Malang as a case study with a population of 40 people. The technique of collecting data used is a questionnaire with measurements using a Likert scale. Then, the techniques of data analysis used are validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, double linear analysis, t hypothesis test, and f hypothesis test.Therefore, the result of this study shows that: 1) Organizational Culture has no significant effect on the performance of Land Agency of Kabupaten Malang employees, 2) Work Discipline has a significant effect on the performance of Land Agency of Kabupaten Malang employees, 3) Work enthusiasm has no significant effect on the performance of Land Agency of Kabupaten Malang employees, 4) Work environment has a significant impact on the performance of Land Agency of Kabupaten Malang employees.Keywords: Employees’ performance, Organizational culture, Work discipline, Work enthusiasm and Work environment.
