Description  ABSTRACT               This research was conducted at PT. Duta Beton Mandiri, Kab. Pasuruan which is a company engaged in the field of Ready mix, Stone Crusher, Cocrete Block and Precast Concrete fence. The purpose of the research is to test and analyze the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on the performance of employees of PT. Duta Beton Mandiri, Pasuruan Regency.The variables used in this study are Job Satisfaction, and Organizational Commitment as independent variables, while employee performance is the dependent variable. The sample used in this study was 67 employees of PT. Duta Beton Mandiri Kab. Pasuruan Data collection methods by collecting primary and secondary data. The analysis used includes instrument testing, normality testing, classic assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. Using SPSS 19.0 aided regression analysis for Windows software.The results of this study indicate that the variable job satisfaction and organizational commitment significantly influence the performance of employees of PT. Duta Beton Mandiri, Pasuruan Regency. Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment and employee performance.
