Description ABSTRACT This study aims 1) To know and analyze the influence of compensation effect on employee performance in fashion distro Resist Wear Malang 2) To know and analyze the work motivation affect the employee performance in fashion distro Resist Wear Malang and 3) To know and analyze compensation and work motivation effect simultaneously on employee performance.The type of research used is explanation research. Population is all employees of distro Resist Wear fashion that amounts to 38 people with data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of research and discussion that has been done then can be drawn conclusion as follows: 1) Compensation effect on employee performance in fashion distro Resist Wear Turen Malang 2) Work motivation affect on employee performance at fashion distro Resist Wear Turen Malang. 3)Compensation and work motivation simultaneously affect the performance of employees on fashion distro Resist Wear Turen Malang Keywords: Employee Compensation, Motivation and Performance
