Description ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to know and analyze the effect of Organizational Culture and Job Satisfaction of Gen Y  to Organizational Citizenship Behavior on Generation Y Employees of KPP Pratama South of Malang. The population of this study was all employees work in KPP Pratama South of Malang. The sample used was the generation Y employees which was born between 1981-1999. As for sampling techniques, for under 100 participants, best-suit technique for this research is census research, so it was better took all of them. Based on the result of this current study, it is known by the independent variables simultaneously and significantly affect to the dependent variables. It is known from the sig. value which is lower than 0.05, so H1 is accepted. It means that Organizational Culture and Job Satisfaction simultaneously affect to Organizational Citizenship Behavior. As well as the Organizational Culture variable, known by the sig. value is lower than 0.05, it means that the Organizational Culture partially affect on the Organizational Citizenship Behavior. And the Job Satisfaction variable is known by sig. value is lower than 0.05, It means Job Satisfaction variable partially affect  on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Keywords: organization culture, job satisfaction of y generation, organizational citizenship behavior.
