Description AbstractThe purpose of this study is to describe Recruitment, Placement, Training and Performance, and to determine and analyze the effects simultaneously and partially. Recruitment, Placement, Training of Student Activity Unit Performance in the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang.The population in this study amounted to 531 and the sample taken amounted to 85 respondents. Data collection through questionnaire distribution. Data analysis in this study uses SPSS Version 16. The sampling technique uses quantitative methods and data testing techniques used are validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test and hypothesis test.The results of the analysis show that Recruitment, Placement, Training, simultaneously, and partially influence the performance variable Keywords: Recruitment X1; Placement X2; Training X3; Performance Y.
