Abstract This research was conducted at the Office of Community and Village Empowerment and Family Planning, Tuban Regency. This type of research is explanatory research (quantitative research) through a quantitative approach. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work motivation, career development, work discipline on employee performance. The independent variables used are work motivation, career development, and work discipline, while the dependent variable is employee performance. The sample used in this study were 78 respondents who were members of the Community and Village Empowerment Service, and Family Planning Office of Tuban Regency. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The analytical method used is the instrument test, validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing, F test and t test, determination test using the help of computer software SPSS 19.0 processing. data. The results of this study indicate that work motivation, career development, work discipline have a simultaneous effect on employee performance, while work motivation has a partial effect on employee performance, career development has a partial effect on employee performance, and work discipline has a partial effect on employee performance.
