Description ABSTRACTIn this study the author will discuss the Liquidity Ratio of the Current Ratio and Quick Ratio, as well as the Profitability Ratio of ReturnIOn Asset and Return On EquityIwhich can affect Stock Prices. The purpose of this study is (1) To determine the effect of Current Ratio on Stock Prices (2) To determine the effect of Quick Ratio on Stock Prices (3) To determine the effect of Return On Assets on Stock Prices (4) To determine the effect of Return on Equity on Stock Prices .This type of research is explanatory research. this study took samples from the population using purposive sampling techniques. Study of Chemical Subsector Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2017 Period. Using two types of variables, namely Dependent Variables (Bound Variables) and Independent Variables (Independent Variables). The results of this study are (1) Current Ratio has a negative (2) Quick Ratio has a negative and not significant effect on stock prices (3) Return On Asset has a negative and not significant effect on stock prices (4) Return On Equity has a positive and significant effect on stock prices.Keywords: Current Ratio, Quick Ratio, Return On Assets, Returm On Equity and Stock Prices.
