Description ABSTRACTEvery company in doing its activities in achieving the goal is always faced with a  problem both coming from within and from outside. The purpose of this study is to determine the extent to which the influence of education, incentives and social security on employee labor productivity in the Company Freight Services PT. Kingstone Malang. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is influence of  Education, Incentives and Social Security to the productivity of employees at PT. Kingstone Malang.The results of research show that three variables, namely Education, Incentives and Social Security have a significant influence on the dependent variable that is Delivery Service Company PT. Kingstone  Malang. The biggest significant impact on employee productivity at PT. Kingstone Malang is on the incentive variable with regression coefficient of 0.669 then followed by the education variable with regression coefficient of -0.067 then Social Security variable with regression coefficient of - 0.130. From the results of the analysis can be taken a conclusion that the  incentive is  the dominant factor that has the greatest influence on the tendency of labor productivity  at employees of the Company Freight Services PT. Kingstone Malang.  Keywords : Education, Incentives, Social Security and Labor Productivity
