ABSTRACTThis research was conducted at the Department of Environment of Malang City. The purpose of this study is to and analyze the Employee Welfare, Job Satisfaction, and Organizational Commitment to the Performance of Employees of the Malang City Environment Agency. The variables used are Employee Welfare, Job Satisfaction, and Organizational Commitment. The sample used in this study was 67 employees of the Malang City Environment Agency using the proportional stratification random method. Data collection method by collecting primary data. The analysis used includes testing instruments and descriptive analysis.The variable that gets the highest score is the Employee Welfare variable with indicators For employees who excel are given the award statement and the lowest in the Job Satisfaction variable in indicators Communication between sections within the scope of office are well established between employees and superiors. Keywords: Employee Welfare, Job Satisfaction, and Organizational Commitment to Employee Performance.
