ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment and motivation on employee performance. The research sample in this study amounted to 50 people who were employees of the Ketapang Sampang sub-district office.The method used is descriptive data analysis by using the test of validity, reliability, normality, multiple linear regression analysis, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, t hypothesis test, and hypothesis testing f.The results of this study indicate that partially each work environment and motivation variables have a positive effect on employee performance while simultaneously working environment and motivation variables also have a positive effect on employee performance Keywords: work environment, motivation, employee performance
