Description ABSTRACT               The purpose of this research are: 1) To determine the effect of debt policy on the value of Real Estate companies. 2) To determine the effect of dividend policy on the value of Real Estate companies. 3) To determine the effect of profitability on the value of the Real Estate company.               The population in this study is a Real Estate company listed on the Stock Exchange in 2015 - 2017. The method used to analyze is multiple linear regression tests. With the t test as a hypothesis tester. The results of this study prove that Debt Policy has a negative and not significant effect, Dividend Policy has a positive and not significant effect, while Profitability has a positive and insignificant effect.Keywords: Company Value, Debt Policy, Dividend Policy, and Profitability
