Description ABSTRACKCV Tirta Indo Megah which is engaged in bevareges and beverage products, one of our bestselling products is apple cider. The problem in this research is about inventory of raw materials using the system made in order. Therefore required an information system which is expected to meet the needs raw materials can be done appropriately and can determine the cost of inventory set as optimal as possible, namely through the application of MRP. Research variable in this case is the planning of raw material inventory. MRP begins with forecast the quantity demand production for the moment come. This forecasting is done using the Moving Average N = method1, and Single Exponential Smoothing = 0.8. Then determine the smallest SEE CV Tirta Indo Megah which is engaged in bevareges and beverage products, one of our bestselling products is apple cider. After choosing a method best then the method will be used as a basis for predicting that number demand for next year. Comparison between costs The minimum supply for the Lot for Lot method is Rp. 60,000 and part of the period Balance Rp. 44,733,750, -.From the second calculation, the lot sizing was obtained So it is concluded that the application of the Lot Sizing Lot for Lot method for each Apple cider raw materials in CV Tirta Indo Megah can minimize the total cost of supplies IDR 60,000 when compared to the Lot Sizing Part Period Balancing method. Keywords: Lot Sizing, MRP, Forecasting and Raw Material Inventory
