Description Abstract  This study was conducted to analyze the effect of profitability, liquidity, and company size on capital structure, this research was conducted on basic and chemical industrial sector companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange in 2017-2020 which experienced stock management during the COVID-19 pandemic. the total population is 67 companies and a sample of 37 companies with certain criteria. The data analysis methods used are normality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination. The results of this study are that profitability has a significant negative effect on capital structure, liquidity has a negative and insignificant effect on capital structure, and firm size has a negative and insignificant effect on capital structure.  Keywords: Profitability, Liquidity, Company Size, and Capital Structure.
