Description ABSTRACTThis reseacrh was conducted with the aim to determine the effect of the Debt to Equity Ratio, Return On Asset, and Current Ratio to the Dividend Payout Ratio. The populations used in this study is banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stok Exchange in 2016-2018, which number 43 companies. The sample selection in this study used a purposive sampling method. Based on existing criteria, a sample of 16 banking companies was obtained. The variables in this study are 3 independent variables, namely Debt to Equity Ratio, Return On Asset and Current Ratio, with 1 dependent variables, namely Dividend Payout Ratio. Based on the results of the analysis, the are several conclusions, namely:1) Debt to Equity Ratio hand a positive and insignificant effect on Dividend Payout Ratio, 2)Return On Asset has a possitive significant effect on Dividend Payout Ratio, 3) The Current Ratio has a positive and insignificant on the Dividend Payout Ratio.Keywords: Debt to Equity Ratio, Return On Asset, Current Ratio and Dividend Payout Ratio.
