Description ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research is to know the influence of regional budget and expenditure to the financial performance of local government of Blitar City. Subjects in this study is the Local Government Budget Realiasasi Report Blitar city obtained from the budget revenues and expenditure area in 2011-2015, the data source used is secondary data obtained from data or records from the results of the examiner reports on financial statements are arranged archives or books obtained from the Regional Financial and Asset Management Board of Blitar City. The research used descriptive quantitative approach. The result of the research shows that the budget of income and expenditure partially have a sugnufukan influence on the Regional Financial Performance of Blitar City.Keywords: Revenue Budget, Regional Expenditure, Financial Performance
