ABSTRACTThis research was conducted with the aim to find out the influence of leadership style, Communication and Organizational Structure on Employee Performance at Geger Health Center, Bangkalan Madura District. The population used in this study is the employees of Geger Health Center totaling 81 employees Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires, analyzing the data used in this study are validity, reliability, normality test, multiple linear regression, classic assumption test, multicollinity test, heteroscedasticity test, autokoleration test, and hypothesis testing. From this study the results obtained Leadership Style variables have a positive influence on Employee Performance, Communication has a positive influence on employee performance, organizational structure does not have a positive influence on employee performance, and leadership style, communication and organizational structure have an effect but not significantly on employee performance at Geger Puskesmas Bangkalan Madura Regency.Keywords: Leadership Style, Communication, Organizational Structure and Employee Performance
