Description ABSTRACTIn Research is a goal to find out its influence and analyze the influence of leadership, organizational culture and motivation to employees of KUD Pakis Malang Cooperative totaling 35 employees. The study used purposive sampling method with a sample of 35 respondents. This study uses primary data obtained through questionnaires. To examine the relationship of leadership style, organizational culture and motivation influence on employee performance, multiple linear regression test using SPSS ver 2018 software was used. The results showed that leadership style, organizational culture and motivation simultaneously had a significant effect on employee performance. And from the partial test results, obtained results that the leadership style variables show positive numbers and have a significant influence on a job performance employee. While the variables in the organizational culture show a positive number and do not have a significant influence on employee performance. While the motivation variable shows a positive number and has a significant influence on employee performance. Keywords: Effect of leadership style, organizational culture and motivation on employee performance.
