Description AbstaractThe purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of knowledge management, skills, attitude, ability on employee performance simultaneously and partially on employee performance at Varna Culture Hotel Surabaya. This research uses quantitative methods by collecting data through questionnaires. The population in this study were employees at Varna Culture Hotel Surabaya. The sampling technique uses the census method. The sample consisted of 56 respondents with questionnaire collection techniques. Data analysis techniques in this study used descriptive analysis techniques and multiple linear regression.The results of this study indicate that the first hypothesis tested the relationship of knowledge management, skills, attitude and ability simultaneously to employee performance based on the results of tests that have been carried out that knowledge management, skills, attitude and abilities simultaneously affect employee performance. The second hypothesis partially tests the relationship between knowledge management, skill, attitude and ability on employee performance based on the results of tests that have been carried out: (1) positive knowledge management on employee performance there is a t_ value (count) of 2,2504 and a significance value of 0.016 smaller of 0.05 (2) Positive skills on employee performance there is a value of t_ (count) of 2.029 and a significance value of 0.048 less than 0.05 (3) Positive attitudes of employee performance there is a value of t_ (count) of 2.177 and a significance value by 0.034 smaller than 0.05. (4) Positive ability to employee performance there is a value of t_ (count) of 3.115 and a significance value of 0.003 less than 0.05. Keywords: Knowledge Management, Skill, Attitude, Ability, Employee Performance
