Description ABSTRACTThis discipline on the performance of the IMABA Malang management. The variables used in this study are performance variables, namely (dependent variable), while the independent variables are the style of leadership, communication and work discipline. The data analysis method used in this study is a method with descriptive statistics and parametric infrational statistics with SPSS assistance tools. With a sample size of 79. The results of the study partially concluded that the leadership style variable had an influence on performance, communication on performance and work discipline had an effect on performance.Key word: leadership style, communication, work discipline, performance
