Description ABSTRACT       This study aims to test and analyze the effect of surprise operating cash flows and net profit surprises on partial stock returns of Food and Beverage Companies. The population is a Food and Beverage company that is listed on the IDX for the period 2015-2017, and a sample of 11 companies. Data collection through documentation. Data analysis in this study using SPSS version 16. The sampling technique using purposive sampling method and data testing techniques used in this study include normality test, classic assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis, and testing the research hypothesis.      The results of the analysis show that: (1) surprise operating cash flow has a negative but not significant effect on stock returns, while (2) surprise net income has a significant positive effect on stock returns. Keywords: Operating Cash Flow, Net Profit, and Stock Return.
