Description AbstractIn this study the type of research used is using explanatory research with a quantitative approach. This research was conducted in the location of the Malang City Government office in the public section located on Jalan Raya Tugu No.1 Kiduldalem kec, Kota Klojen Malang, East Java 65119, Indonesia. The technique used in this research is data collection. What is done by distributing questionnaires to be distributed to all employees who work in Malang City        Government Office in the public section. The population in this study was 40 employees in the Malang City Government office in the public section. The determination of the sample in this study is using probability sampling techniques. Probability sampling is a sampling technique in a way where the researcher provides equal opportunities for each prospective respondent when selected as a candidate for sample members. The results of this study indicate that if compensation affects employee job satisfaction, work environment does not affect employee job satisfaction, work safety and health do not significantly influence employee job satisfaction.Keywords: Employee Job Satisfaction, Compensation, Work Environment, Occupational Safety and Health
