AbstractThe purpose of this research is to know and analyze the influence ofwork environment, organizational culture and compensation on employee'sperformance at Sunrise Hotel Gili Air, NTB. The population in this study is allemployees who are in Sunrise Hotel Gili Air, NTB. The samples used are 65employees. Methods in this data collection using interviews and questionnaireswhile the method in this study using simple linear regression analysis. The resultsof this study prove that the effect simultaneously on Employee Performance. WorkEnvironment has a positive and significant impact on employee performance.Organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance.Compensation has a significant effect on employee performance.Keywords: Effect of Work Environment, Organizational Culture, Compensation toEmployee Performance
