Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of work stress, motivation, leadership style and organizational culture. The sample in this study amounted to 83 respondents. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regressionThe results of descriptive analysis in this study indicate that employees of Murni Asih Hospital Tangerang, perceive all research, namely Work Stress, Motivation, Leadership Style and Organizational Culture, Employee Performance of Murni Asih Hospital Tangerang. Job stress has a significant effect on the performance of the employees of Murni Asih Hospital Tangerang. Motivation has a significant effect on the performance of the employees of Murni Asih Hospital Tangerang. Leadership Style has a significant effect on the Employee Performance of Murni Asih Hospital Tangerang. Organizational Culture has a significant effect on Employee Performance at Murni Asih Hospital Tangerang.
