Description ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine how the influence of managerial ownership, family ownership and institutional ownership with financial decisions, dividend policy, capital structure and firm size as intervening variables on the value of companies in banking companies listed on the BEI period 2012-2015, This research type is research Causality by using quantitative approach, with purposive sampling method of sample of 30 banking companies, using research method in the form of path analysis. The results showed that managerial and institutional ownership had positive and significant effect on firm size, family ownership had positive and significant effect to financial decision, family ownership had a negative and significant effect on dividend policy, financial decision had positive and significant effect to company value and family ownership with decision Finance as intervening variable effect the value of banking company.Keywords: Managerial Ownership, Family Ownership, Institutional Ownership (PER), (DPR), (DER), Company Size (Ln total asset), (PBV) and Path Analysis.
