Description AbstrackThis study aims to test the influence of Intellectual Capital, Corporate Social Responsibility, on the Company's Performance case study on manufacturing companies of food and beverage sub-sectors on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research is quantitative research with secondary data collection techniques. in this study numbered 12 companies in a three-year period. Sampling techniques used are purposive sampling method. Secondary data processing using multiple regression analysis. The results of this study show that simultaneously the variables Intellectual Capital and Corporate Social Responsibility have a positive and significant effect on the Company's Performance. Partially the intellectual capital variable has a positive and significant effect on the Company's Performance, while Corporate Social Responsibility does not have a positive and significant effect on the Company's Performance. Keyword : Intellectual Capital, Corporate Social Responsibility, Company Performance
