Description Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of work experience, wages, employee welfare on employee performance. This type of research is explanatory research using quantitative research using a descriptive approach. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. Primary data is obtained from the first source from the results of filling out the questionnaire, while secondary data is obtained by looking at company data. The population in this study were all employees of the Bhanda Ghara Reksa Logistics Company with a total of 1,252 employees. While the sample in this study was determined by purposive sampling technique in order to obtain as many as 93 employees. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression which was processed using SPSS software. The data collection method used a questionnaire. The results of this analysis indicate that work experience affects employee performance, wages affect employee performance, employee welfare affects employee performance, and work experience, wages and employee welfare simultaneously affect employee performance. Keywords : Work Experience, Wage, Employee Welfare
