Description Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality, price on consumer loyalty Fast Food at Lazizaa Chicken & Pizza Sigura-gura Malang.The population of this study is fast food consumers at Lazizaa Chicken & Pizza Sigura-gura Malang in 2021. The sample used is 90 samples that meet the criteria in the research subject. The analytical method used is multiple regression equation, normality test, classical assumption test, descriptive statistical analysis and hypothesis testing.The results showed that the quality of service, price on consumer loyalty Fast Food at Lazizaa Chicken & Pizza Sigura-gura Malang. Keywords: Service Quality, Price, and Consumer Loyalty
