Description Abstract This study aims to determine 1) the description of motivation, job satisfaction, communication and employee performance, 2) the effect of motivation, job satisfaction, communication on employee performance, 3) the effect of motivation on employee performance, 4) the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance, 5) the influence of communication on employee performance.This study uses quantitative methods with descriptive and inferential analysis. The number of samples used were 36 employee respondents at the Department of Marine Affairs and Fisheries of Sumenep Regency. Sources of data used are primary and secondary sources. Collecting data using a questionnaire with Likert scale measurements while the analysis used is instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination (R2) with SPSS 16.0 tools. The results of this study indicate that 1), motivation, job satisfaction and communication have a simultaneous influence on employee performance, 2), motivation has an influence on employee performance, 3), job satisfaction has an influence on employee performance, 4), communication has an influence on employee performance.  Keywords: Motivation, Job Satisfaction, Communication and Employee Perfomance.
