Description AbstractCustomer satisfaction is the main thing that must be considered in the company so that it runs optimally. This study aims to examine the effect of consumer trust, ease of use and pricing on consumer satisfaction of grab transportation services. From the results of this study obtained the following results: (1) simultaneously consumer confidence, ease of use and pricing on consumer satisfaction. (2) partially consumer trust has an effect on consumer satisfaction. (3) partially ease of use has an effect on consumer satisfaction. (4) partially the price fixation has an effect on consumer satisfaction.. Keywords: simultaneously consumer confidence, ease of use, price, consumer satisfaction
