Description ABSTRACT               The  purpose of this study is to find out whether online marketing and e-service quality effect on the buying decision process on Nizar koko clothes in Bangil as well as to analye the most dominant factors that influence it. The research method is quantitative method with data collection technique of literature study, field study and questionnaire. The population in this study is 72 customers of koko Nizar clothes that have been chosen by using Non-Probability Sampling technique. Non-Probability Sampling technique is the technique of determining the sample based on certain considerations (purposive sampling).              After distributing the questionnaires, the results of the questionnaire were analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis of path analysis (SPSS), determination coefficient and hypothesis test. The results showed that there is an influence between online marketing and e-service quality to the decision to buy Nizar koko clothes in Bangil and it obtained a good response to achieve the simultaneously and partially result. The conclusion in this study is better the online marketing strategy and higher e-service quality then the higher purchase decision will be.
