Description ABSTRACT  This study aimed to determine the effect of microfinance with murabaha contract on the development of small and medium micro enterprises (SMEs) in Bank BRI Syariah KC Denpasar_Bali. The population in this study are all customers who have small and medium micro enterprises. The sample in this study using purposive sampling technique amounted to 50 customers. Analyzes were performed by using test Persia; (t). The results of this study indicate that the results of t-test variable Microfinance with murabaha contract (X1) of 3.936 with a significant level of 0.000 Microfinance able to demonstrate that a significant effect on the development of SMEs inBRI Syariah PT.BankKC Denpasar-Bali,  Keywords: microfinance with murabahah, development of SMEs
