Description ABSTRACK This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of experiential marketing on customer loyalty case studies on Rambo Taichan customers in Malang. The population and samples taken were 87 respondents using the Slovin formula. Data collection through questionnaires. Data analysis in this study using SPSS version 16.  Data testing techniques used in this study include validity test, reliability test, normality test, t test. The results of the analysis show that experiential marketing has an effect on customer loyalty. Keywords: experiential marketing, loyalty
