Description Abstract Human resources are important assets owned by all organizations or institutions in achieving goals, so that they can improve the efficiency, effective ness    and productivity of the organization's work as a whole. Resource management means that the company must be able to unite the perceptions or perspectives of employees and company leaders and good coordination in work by superiors to subordinates, soas to create employee job satisfaction. There are many factors that affect job satisfaction, including motivation, work environment and work spirit.This research is aquantitative research using secondary data in the form of linear regression analysis. Based on the research, it aims to analyze the effect of Motivation, Work Environment, and Work Spirit Simultaneously on Job Satisfaction During the Covid 19 Pandemic. Keyword: Motivation, Work Environment, Work Spirit, Job Satisfaction
