Description Abstract This research was conducted to determine the effect of individual characteristics, leadership style, and compensation to employee job satisfaction of employees of PT. POS Indonesia’s poor branch located at jl. Merdeka Selatan No. 5 Kauman District Klojen Malang. The method used is explanatory research which aims to explain the position of each variable and its influence between one variable with another variable, and the data sources used are primary and secondary data. The sample calculation in this study uses the Slovin formula which produces 40respondents. The results of this study are the variables of individual characteristics, leadership style, and compensation simultaneously and partially affect the work satiscation of employees. Keywoard: individual characteristics, leadership style, and compensation
