Description ABSTRACT            The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of corporate social responsibility, institutional ownership, managerial ownership, independent Board of Commissioners and Audit Committee on the financial performance of banking companies. This method of study uses quantitative methods and this type of research is an exploitation. This research sample is 25 banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. To obtain accurate and detailed data, this study uses data collection methods with library studies and documentation. Analysis of the data used are multiple regression analyses, data normality tests, data normality tests and hypotheses testing using SPPSS 14 for Windows help. From simultaneous testing or collectively it is known that corporate social responsibility variables, institutional holdings, managerial holdings, independent Board commissioners, and Audit committees simultaneously have an effect on Financial performance. While from a partial test it is known that the corporate social responbility variables, institutional holdings, and audit committees affect financial performance, while the managerial variables are variable, and the Board of Commissioners does not Impact on financial performance. Keywords: Corporate Social responsibility, institutional ownership, managerial ownership, independent Board of Commissioners, Audit Committee and financial performance.
