Description AbstrackThe purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the influence how the influence of Local Revenue, General Allocation Funds and Special Allocation Funds on Capital Expenditures. The variables used are Regional Original Revenue (X1), General Allocation Fund (X2), Special Allocation Fund (X3) and Capital Expenditure (Y). Population and Samples in this study using saturated sampling technique that is a sample collection technique where all members of the population are used as samples, the sample in this study is in the City and Regency of East Java in 2018 as many as 38 cities and districts. This research uses explanatory research method. Data testing techniques performed by researchers in this study include Multiple Linear Regression Test. The results of this study indicate that the variable Local Revenue (X1) and the Special Allocation Fund (X3) significantly influence Capital Expenditures, while the other variables namely the General Allocation Fund (X2) do not significantly influence Capital Expenditures. Keywords: Regional Original Revenue, General Allocation Fund, Special Allocation Fund and Capital Balance.
