Description AbstractThisresearcher aims to determine the effect of dual role conflict and self efficacy on the performance of female employees in Batu City (UD. SIDODADI study). In this study there are independent variables, namely dual role conflict and self-efficacy, the dependent variable is employee performance. The collection method used is kuesione. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression. The results of this study are: (1) simultaneous results indicate that multiple role conflict and self efficacy simultaneously influence employee performance (2) parsial results indicate that multiple role conflict has a partial effect on employee performance (3) partial test results indicate that self efficacy has a partial effect on employee performance. Keywords : Multiple role conflict, Self Efficiacy, Performance
