Description AbstractThis research was conducted with the aim to determine the effect of capital structure, profitability and liquidity on company value in the mining sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2015-2018. This research was conducted on the Indonesia Stock Exchange website, www.idx.co.id. Where on the website provides financial statements of companies that go public by using a population of all mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange in 2015-2018, amounting to 20, the data analysis used in this study is to test normality, test classic assumptions, and hypothesis testing. with the results of the study: 1) The results of the study note that capital has a negative but not significant effect on firm value. 2) The results of the study note that profitability has a positive and significant effect on firm value. 3.) The results of the study note that liquidity has a positive but not significant effect on company value. 4.) The results of the study note that capital structure and liquidity have no significant effect on the company while profitability has a significant effect on firm valueKeyword : Capital Structure, Profitability and Liquidity, Company Value
