Description  Kewajiban notaris adalah membuat akta dalam bentuk minuta dan menyimpannya sebagai bagian dari protokol notaris. Untuk protokol notaris yang berusia lebih dari dua puluh lima tahun diserahkan pada MPD. MPD tidak memiliki kantor khusus. Sehingga protokol notaris tetap disimpan pada kantor Notaris. Akta notaris dari waktu ke waktu semakin bertambah jumlahnya, mengakibatkan ruang penyimpanan semakin terbatas serta membutuhkan biaya lebih untuk perawatan. Sebagai alternatif penyimpanan protokol notaris untuk jangka panjang ialah dengan memanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi penyimpanan data secara digital, yaitu repositori. Dalam bidang kearsipan, telah mengatur tentang pemeliharaan arsip dengan cara alih media arsip kertas pada digital. Sebagai arsip negara seharusnya protokol notaris dapat dipelihara dan disimpan dengan standart kearsipan nasional tanpa mengurangi nilai ke-autentikannya. Akta autentik (minuta akta) sebagai alat bukti sempurna disimpan dalam penyimpanan digital akan mempengaruhi kekuatan pembuktian akta dalam hukum acara perdata. Kata kunci: Protokol Notaris, Akta Autentik, Penyimpanan Digital, Repositori, Arsip negara, alat bukti The notary obligation makes a deed in the minuta form and keep its as part of notary protocol. For the twenty five years old and more of notary protocol documents is handed over to MPD to be saved. MPD does not has a distinctive office for itself. So that the notary protocol is kept it safe in the Notary’s office who serves as MPD. The Notarial deeds are going to increase for time to time, it involves the storage room increasingly limit and needs more cost for its maintenance. As the alternative notary protocol storage for the long term by take an advantage of storage technology development, it is a repository. In the national archieve sector arranged about  archieve maintenance by media shift of paper to digital. As the nation archieve, notary protocol ought to been kept and saved by national archieve standart without reduce the deed authentic value. The authentic deed (minuta) as an impeccable evidence if it is saved in the digital storage will influence the deed evidence power in the civil procedure law. Keywords: Notary Protocol, Authentic Deed, Digital Storage, Repository, Nation Archieve, The Evidence.
