Description AbstrakPenelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan penetapan BPHTB di Kabupaten Tuban dan menganalisis hak wajib pajak untuk mengajukan keberatan terhadap penetapan besaran BPHTB. Penetapan atau pemungutannya menggunakan sistem self assessment artinya wajib pajak menghitung, membayar sendiri dan melaporkan pajak terutangnya, sehingga penentuan besarnya pajak yang terutang dipercayakan kepada wajib pajak sehingga nilai perolehan obyek pajak dalam hal jual beli adalah harga transaksi. Sedangkan pengajuan keberatan terhadap penetapan besaran bea perolehan hak atas tanah dan bangunan dengan cara melakukan permohonan klarifikasi harga kepada Badan Pendapatan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Tuban.Kata kunci: BPHTB, Kabupaten Tuban, self assessment. AbstractThis study aims to analyze the implementation of the BPHTB determination in Tuban Regency and analyze the taxpayer's right to object to the determination of the BPHTB amount. Determination or collection using the self assessment system means that the taxpayer calculates, pays himself and reports the tax owed, so that the determination of the amount of tax payable is entrusted to the taxpayer so that the acquisition value of the tax object in terms of sale and purchase is the transaction price. Meanwhile, an objection is filed against the determination of the fee for the acquisition of land and building rights by submitting an application for price clarification to the Regional Financial and Asset Management Revenue Agency of Tuban Regency.Keywords: BPHTB, Tuban Regency, self assessment.
