Notaris mempunyai tanggung jawab apabila terjadi kesalahan ketika membuat akta perseroan terbatas penanaman modal asing hanyalah bersifat memperbaiki sesuai peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku.Kata Kunci : Perseroan Terbatas, Penanaman Modal AsingAbstractThe notary's authority as a public official who is authorized to make authentic deeds has an important role in the process of establishing a foreign investment limited company because in the process of establishing the deed is made before a notary and registration of the deed is carried out by a notary through SISBAKUM thus in the process of establishing a foreign investment limited company a notary has the authority to make authentic deeds as well as assist in the deed registration process.
