Description Introduction:Giving a high-fat and high-fructose diet (HFFD) continuously will trigger an increase in the production of Reactive Oxygen Species (ROS) in hepar. Soursop leavesare known to have potential as antioxidants. The purpose of this study was to prove the effect of soursop leaves  in SOD and MDA hepar levels of wistar rats induced HFFD.Method: Design of study was a post test group control only. The experiment used 25 male wistar rats aged 8-10 weeks with an initial body weight 175-200 grams. Rats were divided into 5 groups labelled as  Negativel (N), Positive (P), Treatment 1 (T1), Treatment 2 (T2), Treatment 3 (T3) with each group containing 5 rats. HFFD was carried out for 10 weeks to induce the occurrence of  dyslipidemia in all groups except the negative (N). Soursop leaves water extract is given to T1 (100mg / kgB.W), T2 (200mg / kgB.W), T3 (400mg / kgB.W) in an oral round. SOD and MDA levels were examined by spectrophotometric methods. Data analysis used Krusskal Wallis and Mann Whitney with a significance level atp<0.05.Results: HFFD can reduce SOD levels and increase MDA hepar levels significantly (p <0.05). Giving soursop leaves water extract in T3 (400mg / kgB.W) had the significant results in increasing SOD levels and decreasing MDA hepar levels, namely 1,7 times from P and 71.4% compared to the P (p <0.05).Conclusion: Soursop leaves water extractincrease SOD and  decrease  MDA hepar levels of  wistar rats induced HFFD.Keywords: dyslipidemia, high fat and high fructose diet, soursop leaves, SOD and MDA hepar levels.
