Description Introduction:National Competence Examination for Health Professional in Indonesia has a number of ungraduates are quite high. One of the factors that influence examination pass between motivation and self directed learning readiness. The purpose of this study is to determine the correlation motivation and self directed learning readiness with examination pass in Computer Based Test National Competence Examination for Health Professional In University of Islam Malang.Method:This is a cross-sectional study using total sampling technique. Respondents are Faculty of Medicine students, UNISMA who will take the examination in CBT period of Februari and May 2019 as many as 80 people, but who meet the inclusion criteria only 60 people. To measure learning motivation used the MSLQ (Motivated Strategies for Learning Questionnaire) and self directed learning readiness used the SDLRS (Self Directed Learning Readiness Scale). Bivariate analysis using Chi Square method to test correlation test and regression logistic method to test the most influential factors.Results: The learning motivation of respondents wereobtained low 12%, moderate 5% and high 83%. The self directed learning readiness of respondents were obtained low 11%, moderate 9% and high 80%. Respondentsgraduation 85% passed and 15%failed. Chi Square test showa significant relationship between learning motivation(p0,000) and self directed learning readiness (p0,000) with examination pass in CBT UKMPPD. Regression logistic test show a not significant most influential between learning motivation and self directed learning readiness with p>0,05.Conclusion: There is a relationlearning motivation and self directed learning readiness with examination pass in CBT UKMPPD.There is no most influential between learning motivation and self directed learning readiness.Keywords:graduation, learning motivation, self directed learning readiness, student’s competency test of the doctor profession program.
