Description As Islam grows and expands in all corners of the world, there needs to be serious attention in the management of zakat. Professional zakat needs to be managed as well as possible, to provide great benefits to the community. This study aims to explore in depth zakat management in Indonesia, especially professional zakat. The approach uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study research. The results of the study indicate that the management of zakat has been carried out, however, it needs to be optimized again to raise public awareness and also for its distribution.
